Eugene Rentals is the premier rental website in Eugene, Oregon. It's owned and managed by Property Management Concepts, a leading property management company in the area. This website services the cities of Eugene and Springfield and is the number one rental resource for college students at the University of Oregon. As well as being a user end product, the website managed hundred of properties for in-house use as well. The site has a fully custom built content management system for managing all of the company's listings.

The Real Estate For Sale Network is a database of over 25000 property listings for sale across the United States. Every listing on this website is updated automatically daily from several hundred XML data sources. REFSN is just a master site for a subset of 50 sites also created by us, 1 for each U.S. state showcasing the available listings and agents in each respective state. iMeetzu is a web based service that connects it's visitors to a random stranger for a totally random chat. Some of the cool features of the site include: posting pictures in a chat, smilies, building a profile, saving and rating conversations, map based user searching, and tons of traditional social network tools. The idea behind this site is to meet a total stranger, and possibly become friends with them. iMeetzu is total random entertainment.

Anything Coral is an online superstore for the reefmaster. Their store is stocked with over 2,000 products and handles online payments. One of the key benefits to our client was that we were able to stock the store programatically from a database of products and our knowledge of OSCommerce, resulting in saving them hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars.
